Most items in the shop are personalized. These orders are final.
Orders on items that are not personalized can be canceled up until the item has been shipped.
Shipping addresses and billing addresses MUST match for orders placed on the store.
Stock items are shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase.
For items that are digital and not an instant download, they are sent through email within 1-3 days (including Saturday and Sunday).

We use USPS for shipping.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange, store credit, or a refund of the original purchase price – excluding all shipping costs (money returned once product is received).
*Refunds are only available for stock items.
The items must be sent back within 10 days from the time of delivery and must be returned in the same quality as they were received. Please allow us 5 business days from the time we receive the returned item to be given a refund.

Lost or Damaged Goods:
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods incurred in the shipping process.
